Product Description When life seems to be full of doubt and uncertainty we tend to look for a source of inspiration: what will happen in the future? What about my health, the children? What will happen if I make this decision and not that one? This is how the traditional tarot is often used, to satisfy a longing to know about the past and future. This Osho Zen Tarot focuses instead on gaining an understanding of the here and now. It is a system based on the wisdom of Zen, a wisdom that says events in the outer world simply reflect in the outer world simply reflect our own thoughts and feelings, even though we ourselves might be unclear about what those thoughts and feelings are. So it helps us to turn our attention away from outside events so we can find a new clarity of understanding in our innermost hearts. The conditions and states of mind portrayed by the contemporary images on the cards are all shown as being essentially transitional and transformative. The text in the accompanying book helps to interpret and understand the images in the simple, straightforward and down to earth language of Zen.

wonderful card deck I am so glad I bought these March 2, 2010 loves to learn I loved these the minute I opened them they are so beautiful and without the long and overdrawn explanations for the cards just simple and very wise. These cards have such a positive feeling to them and I love the artwork and the box design is wonderful. You know how when you find something you really like you want to share it with everyone you love ,this is one of those things .
Very disappointing!!! February 22, 2010 Susan D. Stanko (Peoria, AZ) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Dear Amazon,
I don't even want to give this one star, I was so shocked at the quality of this product! This was a birthday present for one of my best friends, and we discovered that when she pulled her first card the pages were out of order and not even printed sequentially, page 56 than goes to 123 so some pages are actually missing altogether.
I would of course like my money back or to exchange this deck of cards for one that is of excellent quality, and I'm not sure how to go about that.
Thank you,
Susan Stanko
great February 16, 2010 Nikkie Lattion (Springfield OR) i find that these give me great direction when i need a little pick me up
Great deck, very different January 3, 2010 Chris & Gin (Kentucky, United States) This is not a traditional tarot deck at all. This is made for people seeking enlightenment, especially through meditation. You will not find a traditional set of cards; there's no Fool, no Magician, and so on. The cards are beautiful, fairly sturdy, and the big plastic box they come in is perfect for keeping them in.
where's the cards? January 2, 2010 Donna Bloomfield (santa fe, nm) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
